He was predeceased by: his son Timothy Zika; his father George (Catherine); his brother George Zika; and his fathers-in-law, Louis (Viola) and Bach.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine M. "Gerry"; his daughter Deann Bergmann (Andy); his grandchildren, Trevor Bergmann (Kate), Amanda Fritz (Brandon) and Tyler Bergmann; his sisters, Joyce Krueger (John) and Marilyn Yeager (Ronald); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Zika, Judy Kapp and Bob Bach. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
