Getz Sr. of Belleville, Illinois, born in Collinsville, Illinois, who passed away on November 25, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth C. Getz and Pearl F. Getz; his wife Janet Getz; and his siblings, Irene Green, Dorothy Illies and Eugene Getz.
He is survived by: his children, Leroy Jr. Getz (Christy) of El Paso, TX, Ken Getz (Linda) of O'Fallon, IL, Charlotte Getz of Bowling Green, MO, Lois Simpson (Mark) of Plainfield, IL, Mark Kimble (Nancy) of Saugatuck, MI and Barbara Kimble of Belleville, IL. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
