Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lucy Spencer of Belleville, Illinois, born in Lashmeet, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 80, on December 29, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Sneed and Ola Bailey Sneed; and her sister Judith Sneed. She is survived by: her sons, Eric W. Spencer of Nashville, IL and William "Todd" Spencer (Debbra) of Shiloh, IL; her sister Barbara Jean Tiller of Lashmeet; her grandchildren, Keaton, Kyler and Elise Spencer; her great grandchildren, Benjamin and Bella; her nephew Scott Tiller (Rhonda); and her niece Mary Phillips (Eddie) of West Virginia.
Being a life-long epileptic she was active with the Epilepsy Foundation. Memorials may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Southern Illinois. 3515 N. Belt West, Belleville, IL 62226.
