Marlene Merriman Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Merriman of Belleville, Illinois, born in Woodhull, Illinois, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Elliott and Bernice Elliott (Else); her spouse Dearold Merriman; her children, Deana Merriman, Marsa Lee Merriman and Jeffrey Merriman; and her brother Allen Elliott.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Browning of Shiloh, IL and Allen Merriman of Florida; her granddaughters, Rebecca Messenger (Jason) of St. Louis, MO and Kayla Emmerich (Kyle) of Belleville, IL; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Austin Messenger and Logan Emmerich.
