It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ann Brauer of Belleville, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Albert (Frances); her siblings, Susan M. Matzenbacher and Charles J. Eschmann; and her sister-in-law Betty Eschmann. She is survived by : her husband Charles M. "Mick" Halusan; her children, Drew Brauer (Debbie), Dirk Brauer and Dundee Brauer; her stepdaughter Kimberly Halusan; and her brothers-in-law, David Matzenbacher and Thomas Halusan (Joan). She is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the George Renner & Sons Funeral Home (120 N Illinois St, Belleville, IL 62220).

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
