She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Jacobs and Leona Jacobs; her parents-in-law, Roy and Margaret; her brother Thomas Jacobs; and her daughter-in-law Becky.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene; her grandchildren, Matt, Dan, Sarah, Sean, Ian, Colin, Ryan, Katie, Lauren, Rachel, Tierney, Erin, Jody, Whitley, Braden, Lily, Brooke, Mia, Natalie and Genevieve; her brother Art Jacobs (Wanda); her siblings-in-law, Don and Judy Reiners; her aunt Edith Frischkorn; Smithton and Brian (Ann). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
As we honor her memory, we kindly request no flowers. In lieu of floral arrangements, memorials may be made to Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Althoff Catholic High School, or ALS Association.
