She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Martin Paul Schroedel and Irene Fay Schroedel (McDaniel); her husband Donald Hood; her siblings, Annabelle Hurst (James Hurst) and Martin Schroedel (Joyce Schroedel); and her brother-in-law David McClure.
She is survived by: her children, Sheri Luecking (Ed) and Michael Hood (Laura); her grandchildren, Jennifer Albracht (Derek), Josh Luecking (Courtney), Amanda Holm (Kyle), Justin Hood (Skylynn Stevens) and Brittany Runge (John); her great grandchildren, Cole, Maxine Albracht, Sophia, Ava Luecking, Blai Antonell Wells, Jason, Evan, Keegan Holm, Peyton Hood, Aliyah Brown, Maddux, Kolter Hood, Sawyer, Maverick and Reese Runge; and her sister Helen McClure. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
She has given away campers, hot tubs, refrigerators, homes, beds, and countless donations to many charities that were close to her heart.
