He is survived by: his sister Jeanine Bulber (Gerard) of Belleville, IL; his godson Evan Bulber of Madrid, Spain; his nephews, Aaron, Benjamin and Colin Tanner of Lake Charles, LA; his close friends, Angie Schmitt and Jose'Baca of Lake Charles, LA; and his caregivers, Mike and Fresenius Dialysis of O'Fallon. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and his friends and neighbors.
