He is survived by: his fiancée Angela Kernan; his children, Michael Robert Bush, II (Melissa), Matthew Bush (Kelsey), Jeremiah Bush, Jacob Bush, Kole Kernan and Ashlee Golden; his grandchildren, Derik Golden, Aubri Golden, Michael Bush, III, Lakin Bush and Hank Bush; his siblings, Richard Bush (Rhonda) and Michelle Little (Rodger); and his siblings-in-law, Shirley, Rhonda Kernan (Barry), John, Erin, Christopher and Ronald Kernan. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, dear friends.

Memorial contributions can be made in honor of Mike to the American Heart Association, The Shriners Children's Hospital or family contributions can be made payable to Angela Kernan.
