She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Moore and Ruth Moore; and her children, Hope Casper and Jacob Casper. She is survived by: her daughter Wendi Munguia (Carlos); her grandchildren, Miranda Munguia, Christian Munguia (Rachael) and Noah Munguia; her great grandchild Sebastian Munguia; and her sisters, Deborah Byrd (Mike), Kathy Coffman (William) and Angi Moore. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made to organizations supporting mental health, such as NAMI, in the hope that others may find the support and understanding that Pam sought throughout her life.
