He is survived by: his wife Katherine M. Roth; his children, Patricia "Trisha" Bell (Bradley), Michelle Marty (Vince) and Joshua Roth (Brandi); his grandchildren, Thomas Marty, Clark Marty, Jett Roth Ruby Frischkorn and Chaz Frischkorn; his sister Cathy Schulein; his sister-in-law Debbie Roth; and his nephews, Patrick "Paddy" Schulein and Ronnie "Bonzo" Schulein.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
