She was predeceased by: her husband R. C. Dees; her children, Debra Jean Diskey and Bobby Dees; her parents, Richard H. (Minnie Mae) and Gregory; and her siblings, Franklin Gregory, Elmer Keel, Elsie Kreitner and Juanita Wright.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Dees (Nancy) of Maryville, IL and Kevin "Joe" Dees (Emily) of Trenton, IL; her children-in-law, Brad Diskey and Beverly Dees; her sister Virginia Williamson; and her sister-in-law Rebecca Gregory. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.
