With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Faye Kovalski of Belleville, Illinois, born in Malden, Missouri, who passed away on February 2, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband George "Sonny" Kovalski; her parent Hessman; and her sister Marie Epps. She is survived by: her children, Patricia "Patty" Cannon (Joanna) of Chuburna, Yucatan, Mexico Ron Cannon, Oscar Kovalski (Jennifer), Eddie Kovalski (Susan), Mark Kovalski (Rebecca), Ruby Roberts and Erica Goodman (David) of Belleville, IL; and her great grandchild Many. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the St. Jude's Children Research.
