He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Alberta. He is survived by: his wife Mary Blackard; his children, Keith Blackard (Heather) of Big Bear, CA. and Heather Blackard (Justin Sullivan); his grandchildren, Freedom Blackard, Georgia Blackard, Tyce Basye, Trace Sullivan and Thane Sullivan; his sisters, Jody Proctor and Donna Cramer; and his sister-in-law Madonna Greenfield (Mike). He is also survived by Grandpa, especially taking his grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial contributions to help support Mary and the family during this difficult time.
