We are sad to announce that, on July 7, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Randy Karfs of Belleville, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Randy Karfs to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Herman and Betty Ann; and his brother Michael Karfs. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann; his children, Jeremy Karfs (Mia) and Amy Zaggy (Evan); and his siblings, Craig, Linda and Todd Karfs. He is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the Dachshund Rescue of St. Louis.
