He is survived by: his wife Rita Menke; his sister-in-law Alexis Malham (Michael); his nieces and nephews, Lexi Malham and Matt Malham (Whitney); his brother-in-law Tim Menke; his nephews, Michael Menke (Doris) and Mark Menke; his brother-in-law Mark Menke; his nieces and nephews, Sarah Clark (Chris), Molly Wiltfang (Chris), Maggie Menke (Greg Mazza), Georgia Menke, Alison Coates (Ryan), Matt Menke (Sheri) and Alex Menke (Michelle); his sister-in-law Sally Tipton (Chuck); his nieces and nephews, Jake Tipton (Caleb) and Joey Tipton; his brother-in-law Larry Menke; his nephews, Justin Penn (Angel) and Josh Penn; his sister-in-law Betsy Menke-Dean; his nieces and nephews, Stephen Dean (Kailey), Emily Heth (Dan), Rebecca Dean and Mark Dean (Shelby); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Molly, Mathew Malham, Madison Menke, Parker, Piper Clark, Hannah, Hunter Stewart, Harper, Alexa Coates, Isabella, Maddox Menke, Stella, Callie and Lorelei Dean.
