He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Samples (Ted) of Swansea, IL, Cathy Jenkins (John) of Alamogordo, NM and Amy Johnston (Raymond Manwarren) of Belleville, IL; his grandchildren, Jennifer Venable (Dustin Mattern) of Breese, IL, Jessica Ellis (Justin) of Alamogordo, NM, Zachary Samples (Alisha) of Moberly Missouri, Lance Johnston II of Portland, OR and Nate Johnston of Seattle, WA; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Xander, Saige, Athena, Ryder and Brock.
