He is survived by: his wife Charmagne; his children, Alex Higgins, Ashlyn Higgins and Brianna Chatman; his grandchildren, Carlee Chatman, Cheyenne Chatman, Skylar Chatman and Cayden Vize; his sister Laura Miller; his parents-in-law, Zaida Nowicki (Mavin) and Bob Coil (Lynette); and his sisters-in-law, Charlotte Eiseman, Charlenyne Coil and Chantelle Neal (Phillip). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
