He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam (Fay) and Schneider. He is survived by: his wife Syble Schneider; his daughter Regina Headen; his grandchildren, Chase Headen (Shyla) of Caseyville, IL, Garrett Headen of Red Bud, IL and Blake Headen of Swansea, IL; and his sisters, Donna Lamwersrek of Balwain, MO, Linda Benson of California and Janet (Kevin Mundy). He is also survived by his two nieces and 4 nephews.

Memorials may be made to the American Alzheimer's Association.
