He was predeceased by: his father Allen (Thora). He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Rhiannon Chavez (Leo) and Aaron Southworth (Melissa Sheils); and his grandchildren, Elijah Reynolds and Everly Southworth.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 3:30 PM.
