She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert D. Vail and Marjorie C. Vail; and her sisters, Leigh Ann Volas and Gail Dixon. She is survived by: her sister Marjorie (Judy); her brother-in-law Thomas Downey; her children, Jennifer Martin (Tim), Mary Claire Nordmann (Keith), Bill Niemann, Christopher, Ted Niemann (Melissa) and Ryann Wich (Ben); her grandchildren, Hannah (Matthew Bemmish), Zoe Martin, Ainsley Martin, Kyle Nordmann (Mallory Bugg), Cole Nordmann (Alana Reinhardt), Amanda Wetzler (Dave), Tyler Magruder (Ciara Schaefer), Atticus Wich and Yvaine Wich; her great grandchildren, Walker and Witten Wetzler; and her friends, Rick and Cathy Rosen.
