She was predeceased by: her husband Lavern "Ham" Cullen; her great grandchild Kane; her parents, George and Phoebe; and her siblings, Jim Cissell, Barbara Cullen, Patricia Cissell, Patrick Cissell, Phillip Cissell and Monica Cates.
She is survived by: her children, Joellan Wylie (Teague) of Freeburg, IL, Amy Seavers (Brett) of Edwardsville, IL and Sean Cullen of Belleville, IL; her grandchildren, T. J. Wylie (Kim), Cailyn Wylie, Zach Seavers (Lauren Oberkfell) and Alyssa Castetter (Avery); her great grandchild Liam; and her sisters, Rita Kemp and Phyllis Gould. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Henry Catholic Church (5315 W Main St, Belleville, IL 62226). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kassly Mortuary, Ltd. (9900 St Clair Ave, Fairview Heights, IL 62208). Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Henry Catholic Church (5315 W Main St, Belleville, IL 62226).
