She was predeceased by: her husband Robert H. Sheer; her parents, Edward (Agnes) and Richard; her sister Rita Buehlhorn (Russ); her parents-in-law, Howard and Helen Sheer; and her brother-in-law Jack Sheer.

She is survived by: her daughters, Judith A. Hoff (Tom), Susan L. Sheer Mauch (Rick) and Debra K. Petchulat (Kirk); her grandchildren, Kristin S. Smith (Tim), Elle L. Cutler (Jordan Osmack), Rachel E. Bravo (Kermit), Elliot W. Mauch and Stuart C. Mauch; and her great grandchildren, Austin M. Smith, Jack T. Smith and Charlotte H. Smith. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in the form of masses.
