She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Haas (Marty); her grandchildren, Nathan (Kaitlyn) and Ryan (Kendra); her great grandchildren, Delilah, Emma, Myles Haas and Avery Haas; and her caregiver Michelle Childerson.
