She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Lee Nikolauzyk; her father A. Fred (Olivia); her daughter-in-law Lisa Nikolauzyk; her siblings, Leon, Tom Mueller and Marilyn Peters; and her siblings-in-law, James Wisdom, Ray Berkel, Jerry Isaak and Nina Mueller.

She is survived by: her children, Clarence Nikolauzyk of Fayetteville, IL, Charles Nikolauzyk (Rose) of Fayetteville, IL and Christine Howard (Keith) of Belleville, IL; her grandchildren, Frank Nikolauzyk, Joseph Nikolauzyk, Ashley Smith, Nicole Miller, Melissa Glenn, Brandon Howard, Corey Howard, Olivia Reames and Trey Howard; her siblings, Phyllis Berkel, Barb Kaiser (Charlie), Vivian Wisdom, Mike Mueller (Linda), Aggie Isaak (Ken Dierkes), Claire Dinkelman (Gene), Norbert Mueller (Bonnie), Monica Villy (Al), Mark Mueller and JoAnn Greer (Patrick); and her siblings-in-law, Darlene "Dolly" Mueller and Jerry Peters. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the George Renner & Sons Funeral Home (120 N Illinois St, Belleville, IL 62220). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Augustine of Canterbury Catholic Church (1910 W Belle St, Belleville, IL 62226).
