He is survived by: his wife Lee Ann; his children, Gary Smith (Evonne), Jaime Smith (Kevin McFadden), Tara Stacey and Brian Smith (Theresa Axe) of Edwardsville, IL; his grandchildren, Brianna Vahlkamp (Scott) and Britton Stacey Jr. Benjamin Welsch; his siblings, Robert Smith and Joanne Smith of Harrington, DE; and his pet Bandit.
