We are sad to announce that, on December 27, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Stella Neustadt of Belleville, Illinois, born in Blackburn, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Carl E. Neustadt; and her son-in-law Bill Rouse. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Neustadt (Debra), Paul "Tim" Neustadt and Lois Neustadt Rouse; her grandchildren, Jonathan Rouse (Janelle), Courtney Andrews, Rachel Gerace (Bill), Martha Neustadt, Katherine Neustadt, Timothy Rouse (Amanda) and Jessica Neustadt (Steve Goszdak); and her great grandchildren, Caleb Rouse, Mason Andrews, Matt Andrews and Morgan Andrews. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lutheran World Relief or to the charity of the donor's choice.
