She is survived by : her husband Daniel E. Choplick, Jr.; her mother Jane Burns of Prairie Village, KS; her siblings, Daren Burns of Overland Park, KS and Natalie Burns of Overland Park, KS; her brother-in-law David Alexander of Overland Park, KS; her mother-in-law Anne Choplick; her stepson Nicholas Choplick; her daughter-in-law Paula of Perryville, MD; and her grandchildren, Max and Gwen.
