He was predeceased by: his father David Hickey; his grandparents, Raymond, Dorothy Phillips, Dennis III and Dorothy Hickey; his aunts, Doris Hickey and Sydney Tally Hickey; and his uncle Charles Kreitner (Lilly).
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Miranda N. Hickey, Madelyn P. Hickey and Malaina R. Hickey; his mother Judith; his brothers, Thomas M. Hickey and Joseph C. Hickey; his uncles, Douglas (Kathy Phillips), Larry (Cindy Phillips) and Dennis J. Hickey IV; his aunt Kathleen Kehrer; his nephew Charles Hickey; and his cousin Carol Gene Kreitner.
