It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Thompson (Belleville, Illinois), who passed away on July 30, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Susan departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Susan may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Susan leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her father Albert. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Thompson; her siblings, Frank Seppi (Kimberly) of Millstadt, IL and Kathryn Parker (Thomas) of Madison, WI; her siblings' children, Adam J. Seppi, Ellen and Claire Parker; and her brother-in-law Richard Thompson.
Memorials may be made to Belleville Memorial Hospital (Memorial Foundation, Inc.), the Belleville Area Humane Society, or a charity of the donor's choice.
