He was predeceased by: his parents, Terrance Robert (Betty Ann) and Wade; his parents-in-law, James and Mary Scherbarth; and his brothers-in-law, James Scherbarth and Paul Mosley.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Wade; his son Terence Wade (Kathryn); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Claire and Jane; his son Thomas Wade (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Lincoln, Xavier and Sawyer; his son Joseph Wade (Kathryn); his grandchildren, McCoy and Maryn; his sisters, Mary Wade (Thomas Naudet) and Nancy Wade; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Scherbarth (Carol), Robert Scherbarth (Margaret), David Scherbarth, John Scherbarth (Michelle Wiley) and Anne Scherbarth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (505 Fountains Pkwy, Fairview Heights, IL 62208).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National MS Society at National Multiple Sclerosis Society | Leading the MS Movement, the Surgical Outreach for the Americans (SOFA) at Surgical Outreach For The Americas, or NF2 BioSolutions at NF2 BioSolutions - National Organization for Rare Disorders.
