He was predeceased by: his mother Merle Kwentus (Linda); his brother Jeffrey "Jeff" Kwentus; and his daughter Kellie Kwentus. He is survived by: his wife Amber Kwentus; his father James Kwentus; his children, TJ Kwentus, Steven Kwentus and Kimmie Kwentus; and his sister Lori Francis (Dennis). He is also survived by grandchildren; his nieces and nephews; and many extended family members and dear friends.
