He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. Ted Harvey and Doreen Roache; his stepfather Col. Edward Roache; and his brother Dr. Terence Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his son Ted; his daughter-in-law Regan of Signal Hill, CA; and his siblings-in-law, Nels Johnson (Sarah) of London, England, David Johnson of Palatine, IL, Clare Johnson of Cardiff and Rosemary Harvey of Cumming, GA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
