He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian A. and Hazel M; and his sisters, Shirley Moriset, Maurine Trolinger and Kathy Marchant.
He is survived by: his wife Emily A.; his son Michael A. Marx (Deanna); and his grandchildren, Scarlett Gene Marx and Presley Stephens. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kassly Mortuary (9900 St Clair Ave, Fairview Heights, IL 62208). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kassly Mortuary, Ltd. (9900 St Clair Ave, Fairview Heights, IL 62208).
