He is survived by: his wife Ashleigh Blavesciunas; his children, Jace, Kade and Josie Blavesciunas; his mother Lori Blavesciunas; his siblings, Chad Vanderleest, Scott Blavesciunas, Michelle Blavesciunas and Cheri Duccilli (Martin); his grandfather Dale Vanderleest; and his parents-in-law, Steve and Debbie Bailey. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Tim's name to the Foundation for Grieving Children, Inc, or National Alliance for Children's Grief or an organization of your choice that supports childhood trauma and mental health awareness, honoring compassion and understanding for those who are struggling.
