He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Marshall (Bette Mae). He is survived by: his daughter Julia Smythe Timothy M. Smythe; his grandchild Briley Keaton Sam Alayna; his siblings, Jeffrey Smythe and Deborah Welch (Mike); and his sister-in-law Linda Hutchings (Butch). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
