Though Todd may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Todd leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald R. Barts and Carol J. Barts (Dellamano); his siblings, Timothy Barts (Tina) of Troy, IL, Thomas Barts (Sam) of Belleville, IL and Teri Waghorn (Edward) of Farr West, UT; and his close friend Lisa Olsen. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
