She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerome Smolik (Jake) and Jane Smolik; and her aunts and uncles, Robert Earl, Neloise Carder, Fred Smolik and Annie Lafore.
She is survived by: her cousins, Janice Ann Smith (Gary), Angie Stephens (Randy) and Donna Rae Bale (Don).
