He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Meyer; his father Samuel (Irene); his brothers, Marvin Meyer and Orville Meyer; and his sister-in-law Grace Meyer.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Meyer (Boonlak) of Belleville, IL, Sandra Richter (Kevin) of Belleville, IL and Rev. Lisa Vineyard (Frank) of Roanoke, VA; his grandchildren, Lindsee Welle (Ben), Mackenzie Meyer (Josh Lamczyk), Madison Allen (Chase), Kyle Richter (Tessa), Chad Richter (Megan Barnett), Kimberly Holsapple (Ryan) and Bryce Richter (Laura); his great grandchildren, Luka Lamczyk, Joey Welle, Otis Allen, Rhett, Willa, Gemma Richter, Eleanor Richter, Charles, Paige, Brynn Holsapple and Sutton Richter; his brothers, Roland Meyer (Loretta) and Paul Meyer; his sister-in-law Carolyn Meyer; his friends, Alex and Marcia Nadler; and his daughter-in-law Jeri Hall. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
