She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Walter Lutker Jr. and Judy Rae Ledbetter; her husband Perry Williams of Belleville, IL.; her children, Mindy Schubert (Nicholas) of Mascoutah, IL, Shane Chronister (Hunter Montgomery) of Belleville, IL and Matthew Chronister of Belleville, IL; her grandchildren, Madyson of Mascoutah, IL, Jackson of Mascoutah, IL, Mason of Mascoutah, IL and Allyson Schubert of Mascoutah, IL; her siblings, Vickie Oetken (Jeff) of South Roxana, IL, Little Joe Lutker (Carla) of Beebe, AR and Brad Stein of Missouri; her nieces and nephews, Lynsey Latham (TJ), Tyler Vaughn, Alexis Lutker, Jayme Bowman and Derek Burns; and her close friend Rosie Burns (Cindy) of Millstadt, IL.. She is also survived by seven great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Wendy's name may be made to the St. Louis Children's Hospital Heart Center.
