He is survived by: his sons, Terry Cline of North Port, Jeffrey Cline of Belleville, IL and Jody Cline of Wood River, IL; his grandchildren, Zachary, Andrew, Joleigh, Tiffany, Tim and Alex; and his sister-in-law Vickie Dilworth of St. Louis, MO..

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kassly Mortuary, Ltd. (9900 St Clair Ave, Fairview Heights, IL 62208). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
