He was predeceased by : his parents, William Koch and Regina Koch; and his sister Barbara (Albert Kimmle). He is survived by : his niece Cynthia Kimmle; his siblings-in-law, John, Kerri Booth and Herb Tohtz; his nieces and nephews, Thomas and Sarah Booth; his great-niece Rebecca; and his great-nephew Mackendrick Booth.
