He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Julia Mae; and his parents-in-law, Sam and Eleanor. He is survived by: his wife Toni; his son Brian (Lisa Donovan) of Columbia, Illinois; and his granddaughter Katie Sam Ethan Natalie.
