Cook of Cahokia, IL, Tristan Roberts and Trianna Roberts; his siblings, Ella Woods of Atlanta, GA, Sandra Cook of Huston, TX, Gloria Gordon (Harrison) of Fairview Heights, IL, Sylvester Cook Jr. of O'Fallon, IL, Alfredia Cook of Centreville, IL, Opal Cook, Dehavelyn Murray (Bobby) of Greenville, IL, Allie Cook of St. Paul, MN, Wanda Farrell (Greg) of Compton, CA, Timmothy Cook (Lisa) of Centreville, IL, Terry Cook of St. Paul, MN and Gregory Cook (Tina) of St. Paul, MN; and his close friend Patricia Robert. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
