He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cornish and Ramona Cornish; his son Jacare Cornish; and his siblings, Charles W. Cornish and Carla R. Cornish.
He is survived by: his son DeAndre Cornish; and his siblings, Walter E. Cornish of O'Fallon, IL, Regina K. Cornish of Springfield, IL, Cathryn E. Hernandez (Raymond) of Moore, OK, Andrea G. Cornish of Lebanon, IL, George G. "Gregory" Cornish (Robin) of Kewanee, IL and Kimberson S. "K. C." Cornish (Zenaida) of Mary Esther, FL. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews.
