She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. and Clara M.; her siblings, Lloyd, Robert, Thaddeus, Richard, Newell Coffell, Mildred Browdy and Wanda Bass; her siblings-in-law, Glenn Bass, William Browdy, Robert Starr, James Rockwell, James Gill, Irma Coffell, Donna Coffell, Mabel Starr and Arlene Rockwell; and her nieces and nephews, Willianna Boor, Yvonne Indicott, Tonyia Hatfield, Danny Coffell, Michael Coffell and James Browdy.
She is survived by: her husband James J. Starr; and her sisters-in-law, Alma Lois Coffell of Troy, MO, Carol Gill of Bloomdale, OH and Janice Starr of Belleville, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
