She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Mathunny and Mariyamma Philip. She is survived by: her spouse Boban Thomas; her grandchild Shoja; her family, Leela and Boban; her children, Rajeev (Sydnia) and Shoja (Luai); and her grandchildren, Jazmin, Zane, Rohan, Jordan and Kieran.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Gregorios Malankara Orthodox Cathedral in Bellwood or the Dementia Society of America.
