With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucille Fort of Bellwood, Illinois, who passed away on November 6, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Clay and Elizabeth Clay; and her siblings, Alice Mae Washington, Charlene Clay, Walter Clay (late Faye), Pearline Clay and Alonzo Clay (Gloria).
She is survived by: her daughters, Yolanda Ann Fort and Sybil Fort; her grandchildren, Ebony, Anthony, Lamar and Darius; her great grandchildren, Cordell, Cornesha, Darion and Anthony Jr. Dear; her sister Louise Woods (late John); her friends, Sylvia Evans and Charles "Caprice" Baker; and her caregivers, Sheila Helton, Wanda Gilbert, Gretchell and Marilyn Rimmer.
