She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleda Wood and Charles Wood; her son Leon Hart; her husband Ron Cushman; and her brother Leon Wood.
She is survived by: her children, Butch Hart, Chuck Hart (Shelley), Ron "Bud" Cushman Jr. (Angie), Tobi Cushman, Wendy Morgan and Penny Lee (Kevin). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services (218 W Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Belvidere Cemetery (1121 N Main St, Belvidere, IL 61008).
