He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Davis and Bessie Davis; his wife Gloria Ann; his brothers, John, Howard and Fred; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Davis and Otis Ray.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Davis, Eddie Davis (Michelle), Elizabeth Alvarez (Alberto) and Tonya Clark (Ian); his grandchildren, Tesla, Alexander, Skylar, Tia, Sierra, Karly, Helena, Rylee, Payton and Keanu; his siblings, Bob Davis (Faye), Lois Meade (Fred), Shirley Davis and Nelda Ray; his sister-in-law Betty Davis; and his pet Cooper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and at 4:00 PM at the Belvidere Funeral Home and Cremation Service (203 Logan Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008).
